Location: Malawi
Reporting to: Directly-Global Deliver Head, Indirect-GM Malawi and CEO
Responsibility:
- Planning and Managing the Technical Resources for Techno Brain
- Resource Planning for Implementation and Support of projects
- Managing and Controlling Projects on Day-to-Day Basis
- Reporting to Management on Individual Project Management
- Controlling Cost on Project Execution
- Guiding the Sales Team on Project Costing
- Managing and Monitoring Customer Support Help Desk
Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management, preferably in ERP.
- Proven experience in managing large scale ERP / Custom Application Development projects.
- Analytical and problem solving attributes.
- Exhibiting tact and diplomacy.
- Broad experience of post sales support.
- Extensive experience of Customer relationships, confidence and presence to deal with Customers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
