Kenya Jobs: Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive
Reporting to the Managing Director; the roles include;
- Responsible for Sales of the Company’s properties
- Follow up leads generated , conduct effective meetings and close deals
- Find new clients to meet sales target
- Marketing the real estate’s – creating marketing strategies within set targets and budgets
- Prepare and execute sales presentations and monthly sales reports.
- General office administration including maintaining customer accounts and collections.
Qualifications
- University graduate (business studies) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably marketing real estates
- Good communication skills and IT literacy
- High integrity, results and growth oriented with ability to deliver with minimum supervision.
- Accounting skills & clean driving license would be an added advantage
